Normal hours of building entry to Palm Spring Plaza are 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday. Afterhours, tenants may access the building and their leased premises by the use of their building access cards, which are issued to each tenant employee by the Management Office. Cushman and Wakefield contracts with a professional and licensed security service, which provides security 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Palm Spring Plaza will be officially closed on the following holidays:

Should you require any routine cleaning, ventilation, air conditioning or other special services on any of the above holidays, please contact the Management Office. Given that the building staff and contractors also observe these holidays, you will be charged for any building services on holidays. We will be glad to provide you with an estimate for any of the above services. On the occasion where one of the above holidays falls on a weekend, the building may be closed the weekday immediately prior to or following the holiday, based on the operating policies of the Management Team.
