Given that the building staff and contractors also observe these holidays, you will be charged for any building services on holidays. We will be glad to provide you with an estimate for any of the above services. On the occasion where one of the above holidays falls on a weekend, the building may be closed the weekday immediately prior to or following the holiday, based on the operating policies of the Management Team.
